On Wednesday, November 11th, the Rockets will face the Chippewas and we have handicapped the college football betting odds in the Central Michigan and Toledo matchup.

Central Michigan comes into this game as favorites of 17 points on the point spread betting odds and they are 7-2 on the season with a 6-2 against the spread mark. The total is set at 63 points at SBGglobal Sportsbook, and this one seems like there may be 60 or more put up in this one.

 

Toledo has dropped 3 of their last 4 against the spread and straight up. The Chippewas had a 7 game win streak snapped in their last game against the betting odds, as they lost outright to Boston College 31-10 and look for a measure of revenge against a seemingly weak opponent in Toledo. Both team have averaged roughly 28-30 points per game on average, but it is the Rockets that have allowed nearly 20 more points per game against the betting odds compared to what the Chippewas have allowed.

 

 

Personally, I feel these odds are a bit high, considering not too many public bettors will ride the dog here. I think the Chippewas win this game hands down, but won't blow out Toledo. Look for a 13 point game between these teams, as Central Michigan wins this by a 34-21 final.
