The Monday night NFL game between the Patriots and Saints has just concluded and we are ready to rank all 32 teams in our week 13 power rankings.  There really isn’t any team more deserving of the top spot in the week 13 NFL power rankings than the New Orleans Saints after the blowout performance they put on against the Patriots.  The Colts and Vikings retain the top two spots in the week 13 NFL power rankings but the clear number one team in the league has to be Drew Brees and company at this point.
