Alex Lambert is one of the American Idol top 16 contestants that is quickly moving up the charts as the voting process takes place each week.
The 19-year old North Richland Hills, Texas native opened up as a 35/1 underdog on the American Idol betting odds at BoDog Sportsbook before his recent performances have him placed in the middle of the pack at 20/1. Now is the time to bet on and vote for Alex Lambert, and tonight’s American Idol episode should go a long way in convincing people that this guy belongs amongst the rest of the top 16 season 9 contestants.
The reviews really weren’t all that spectacular in the early going of American Idol, and many were counting on Lambert to be voted off 2 weeks ago. Fortunately for Alex, the voting kept him in the American Idol competition, and he’ll be trying to move up even further in the rankings as he gets set to perform on the upcoming episode.
Alex Lambert chose a guitar-aided version of “Everybody Knows” last time out, and many of the judges felt he took a huge step in becoming the eventual 2010 American Idol winner. Randy said “I love you with the guitar”, while Kara and Ellen made mention of Lambert’s “incredible” and “great” voice respectively. Simon didn’t lay it on quite as thick as the other American Idol judges, but he made a positive impression with those voting by saying that Lambert’s song was “a million times better than last week.”
Women-folk sure seem to like Lambert’s look and voice, and that is reason enough to make a bet on him at BoDog Sportsbook. Make sure to vote for Alex Lambert on tonight’s American Idol episode to help your big underdog bet a profitable winner!
