Minnesota Vikings’ offensive lineman Bryant McKinnie has been kicked out of the NFL Pro Bowl because of insubordination.

Bryant McKinnie’s Pro Bowl experience is over after the hulking offensive lineman was booted from the NFC squad after failing to show up for practices and other team events.  McKinnie was also M.I.A. for the team picture and so far there has been no logical explanation as to why Bryant could not find the time to attend his team’s Pro Bowl events.

The news of McKinnie being booted hasn’t had much of an effect on the Pro Bowl betting odds at BoDog Sportsbook.  McKinnie’s NFC teammates are currently listed as 3-point favorites on the spread to go along with a predicted point total of 57.  Sign-up today and get a 10% free cash bonus on your first deposit.

You might remember McKinnie and his partying ways from the “Love Boat” incident a few years back.  McKinnie and Daunte Culpepper were amongst the Minnesota Vikings accused of performing sex acts on women in view of the crew.  McKinnie later plead guilty to misdemeanor charges and had remained relatively incident-free since then.

One thing that we’ve heard quite a bit recently is that McKinnie is quite the partier and it appears that the free time on South Beach might have gotten the best of the lineman during the week leading up to the Pro Bowl.

The 30-year old McKinnie was the 7th overall pick in the 2002 NFL draft and has spent all 7 of his professional seasons with the Minnesota Vikings after being drafted out of the University of Miami.
