You’ll want to be betting the under in this Thursday night college football game that should stay low-scoring, below the betting line set at 40.5.
In a game that will help determine who wins the ACC college football title this season, the Miami Hurricanes (7-3) will travel to Georgia Tech to take on the Yellow Jackets (7-3) in a game where neither offense has much of an edge.
These two teams have seen their games go under the betting total in a combined 11 of 17 games and this one should be no different.
5Dimes.com has the betting lines up with the total set for 40.5 points as well as many other prop bets available for taking at the book with tons of lines on everything imaginable.
Miami has a decent offense but their passing game is not where it needs to be to put up any big points against a Georgia Tech defense that is only giving up 13.3 points per game while at home.
The Yellow Jackets should make it tough for the Hurricanes to run which will limit the away squad since Miami generates their passing game from a successful rush.
All Georgia Tech can do is run the ball (250.7 rushing yards per game) and although their do it well, Miami knows how to stop this style of attack. Facing a similar offense in Virginia Tech last time out, the Hurricanes limited the Hokies to just 14 points and are only giving up 2.8 yards per rush which is amongst the best in college football.
These teams are only giving up 37.2 combined points per game and both defenses match up really well against the opposing offenses and that makes for a great betting opportunity in this Thursday college football game.
Betting on the under 40.5 at 5Dimes.com is a great investment.
