The top 10 Super Bowl commercials of 2010 have been released and we’ll look at the best rated advertisements this year.
Personally I didn’t think the best 2010 Super Bowl commercials compared with some previous seasons but there were still some good ones and we’ll go over the top 10 before taking a quick gander at some of the big flops.
USA Today’s Super Bowl ad meter annually determines the top-10 commercials and it was Doritos’ Betty White/Abe Vigoda themed ad that took down the #1 spot this year. The commercial came on early during the Super Bowl and indicated that without a Snickers you may be likely to play football like an old person. Plus you got to see Betty White tackled into a pile of mud, so that’s always a plus.
Next up on the 2010 top-10 Super Bowl commercials was the Doritos advertisement where a pet owner’s dog ended up putting the shock collar on his master. These were the only two Super Bowl commercials in 2010 to receive a rating of 8.00 or above.

Rounding out the top-10 Super Bowl commercials were the Bud Light advertisement involving a man building a house out of beer cans, the Budweiser commercial were a young long horn eventually broke through the fence to run with the Clydesdales, the Coke commercial about a sleep walker in Africa, the Audi “Green Police” spot, the E-trade baby ad where there was some girlfriend drama, Budweiser’s human bridge laugher, the Bridgestone bachelor party commercial, and Monster’s fiddle playing beaver rounded out the top 10 of 2010.
Danica Patrick’s massage spot for GoDaddy.com was voted the worst of the 2010 Super Bowl commercials while Tim Tebow and mom’s Family First spot was close to the bottom.
